Welcome to NEUEHAUS. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from NEUEHAUS. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

NEUEHAUS designs and sells T-shirts, including made-to-order items. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities on any order or product at our sole discretion.

Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to screen settings or production differences.

3. Orders

We may restrict or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, particularly in cases of limited releases or suspected bulk-buying activity. Made-to-order items are produced individually and may require additional processing time before shipment.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processing partners.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The total amount charged will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the following regions: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States (Excluding Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, especially in more remote or international regions. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Important: NEUEHAUS is responsible for your order until it has been delivered. We are not responsible for your package once it has been marked as delivered. This includes mail theft. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to rectify the situation.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final unless your order is incorrect or arrives damaged before delivery. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us at weareneuehaus@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, images, graphics, text, and product designs—is the intellectual property of NEUEHAUS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We use Squarespace to host our website and Mailchimp for email communications. Both platforms manage customer data under their respective privacy policies. Please consult their terms if you’d like to understand how your information is handled.

We do not sell or share your personal information beyond what is necessary to process and fulfill your order or to send you communications you have opted into.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes will be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
